Changing Bad Moods to Good Moods

It happens to everyone. You have a day where it’s just not your day and everything is going wrong. Your phone drops in the water, you can’t decide what to wear, and your hair looks like you slept in a wind tunnel!

There are some things you can do to help this yucky mood go away.

First off, don’t let every little thing get to you! If the printer starts acting up at work, or that full glass of milk ends up on the floor, laugh about it! Don’t take it personal, the worlds not out to get you know matter how much it seems like it.

Another thing to do is to do something that makes you smile or laugh. Read a few chapters of your favorite book, watch that movie that makes you laugh, or find a funny youtube video. Laughter and smiles are some of the best things for lifting a dark mood. If you can’t find anything fake it till you make it! Your smile will bring others to smile which will turn yours to a real smile.

There will always be a time when really nothing will work, but these days are few and far between. Life is far too short to be bogged down by dark and yucky moods. So laugh, smile, and enjoy the little things.
