It’s never too late to start to get ready for the swimsuit season.
Start with just one thing. Try drinking just water for a whole week. We should be drinking half our body weight in ounces of water everyday. When you achieved that include a daily morning walk (best to do it in the morning before you peter out). Now that you are exercising and drinking plenty of water, look at your meal choices. Cut out the cheese in your salads and sandwiches. Find things that maybe you won’t miss as much or use less of it than you normally do.
If you can do simple things like this, then you can slowly work your way up to harder things, this way you won’t feel like you are trying to move a mountain. Rather than feeling discouraged, you’re going to begin to see results, and best of all, small changes like this make it easy to stick with it!
