Create deadlines. Deadlines can help motivate us, especially if it is one that holds you accountable. Like an upcoming event, class reunion, wedding, vacation, these things always spur the desire to improve our image. So try and schedule some kind of event every month that you set a goal to reach by. It can be meeting a friend you haven’t seen in a while or a long overdue date night with your spouse.
