Program your coffee machine. The aromas will arouse your senses and help coax you out of bed.  Plus the caffeine can help give you the energy to stay on the treadmill longer. If you are not a coffee drinker, try a vitamin based energy booster to give you that extra go. Please do your research on one that is healthy for you. And if you need help getting out of bed, set the alarm clock to a song you find motivating. Make sure to change it regularly as the effect tends to wear off after we get use to waking up to the same noise.
