Would you like to sleep better, have more energy, feel happier, and feel amazing when in a regular workout routine?  Here are some tips to try:

#1  Make a list of rules. Sit down and make a list of rules that you are going to live by, ie. no eating after 7pm, no more than 2 hours of TV a night, workout 3 times a week, or waking up every day by 6am. List all of the things you would like to change about your day, life, or health and pick 2 items to start with. After you feel you have conquered those 2 things, pick 2 more and so on.
