It happens to everyone…that little annoying thing called stress.
Stress comes in difference forms, it can be small, a little nagging feeling here and there, or it can be really big, where it gets in the way of your life, or it puts you into a very bad mood a lot of the time. Stress, no matter what its degree, is NEVER a good thing.
It can cause so many things to go wrong; physically and mentally.

Listening to running water can be very relaxing; it can make you feel at ease, especially when you close your eyes, and don’t think of anything but the sound of that water. Maybe going outside in the sun, sitting in some grass, and just letting the sun beat down on you, and let the wind brush around your hair.
