All wedding services are performed in-salon only at either our Stoughton or Sun Prairie location. At this time, we do not travel to off-site venues.

Please also consider mothers, grandmothers, flower girls, or other attendants who may require services. Those with shorter hair may need less styling time, which can help us create an efficient schedule for your morning.
A new client coupon is not valid for special occasion hair or makeup sessions, but you can absolutely use it on a color and cut to prep you for the big day!
We have spacious salon areas available and welcome wedding parties to celebrate together while getting ready. Feel free to bring beverages, snacks, breakfast items, or light refreshments to enjoy during your appointments.
We highly recommend scheduling a bridal trial prior to your wedding day. This allows us to discuss your vision, make adjustments, and ensure you feel completely confident and excited for your special day.
When should I schedule my trial?
Typically 1--3 months before your wedding.
What should I bring?
Once we receive your questionnaire, Mikaya, our Wedding Coordinator, will contact you regarding availability, deposits, scheduling, and planning details.

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your wedding date. Deposit amounts are based on the number of services requested for your wedding party and total 50% of the scheduled services.
Your non-refundable deposit will be applied toward the bride's services on the wedding day. If any scheduled services are canceled with less than 72 hours' notice, the deposit will first be applied toward those canceled services.
Once your deposit has been received, we will officially begin planning your special day at Lotus Salon. We cannot wait to celebrate with you and your bridal party!

What do you need to bring with you?
Extensions, hair accessories (i.e. clips, decorative pins, flowers, veil, etc.). If you will be using removable extensions, please have them clean, dry, and ready to be placed.
What should I tell my bridal party to wear?
Button-down or loose shirt they can get off without touching hair, or slide down over hips.
Can I bring my photographer into the salon?
Yes, please tag us in any photos from your special day!
How far in advance should/can I book?
We recommend at least 6 months in advance.
Can I add services later?
While you can add them later, it will depend on if there is time available by your stylist. We do typically book up rather quickly.
What if someone in my party cancels?
You will need to allow 24 hours to cancel a member of the bridal party, or 50% of that service will be charged.
Do you offer lashes?
We do offer day-of temporary lashes for an additional charge.
Do you offer Air Brush tanning?
We do have air brush tanning services if you are looking to add a golden glow to your skin before the big day! They last 5--7 days, so you will want to do it 48 hours before the wedding!
How many people can you accommodate?
We have 8 chairs, but by staggering the appointments depending on the time slot available to you, we are able to accommodate very large parties.
